Job Summary

The Children's Clinic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Clerk to join our team. As a Front Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. Your primary duties will include registering patients, verifying insurance information, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register patients and update their records in our electronic health record system
  • Verify patient insurance information and update records accordingly
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic health record systems
