Job Description

AdminService Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our terminal window, handling detention requests, and maintaining inventory spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process detention requests and validate all requests with management
  • Collect OOCL hand tickets and prepare OOCL street turn spreadsheets
  • Maintain inventory spreadsheet of containers in the yard and reconcile with loaded container weight tickets
  • Report any "ghost containers" in the yard
  • Process all CCIC related requests and verify seals
  • Verify appointment dates and times, review BOLs and weight tickets, and keep a steady flow of trucks coming in and out of dock
  • Account for all physical inventory in the yard and prepare inventory spreadsheets
Requirements:
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Spanish is a plus

Pay is between $20-$22/hour. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
