About the Job

Exquisite Software is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and materials
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales decisions and identify new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and sales automation tools
  • Dynamic and articulate professional with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Experience using Hubspot or another CRM, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and communicate complex technical concepts
