Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Dickinson Financial Corporation, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in our banking centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and development goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Supervise and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in financial services or technical sales
  • 2+ years of management/supervisory experience, preferably in sales
  • Proven track record of business development skills and sales success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and coach others
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $82,000 per year
  • Additional incentive compensation up to $12,100 per year
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and more
