Workforce Staffing

The Workforce Staffing team is a dedicated, customer-oriented group responsible for managing recruitment across various locations for entry-level roles in warehouses and fulfillment centers. We seek talented, motivated individuals to contribute to the future of Amazon's talent acquisition.

This is a Seasonal position with an average of 30-39 hours per week. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating high-volume hiring processes within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute hiring events based on workforce projections.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring journey, including application completion and documentation verification.
  • Engage with applicants to identify the best fit for their skills and available positions.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate applications and related technologies.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and address any discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely initiation of background checks and compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Execute high-volume hiring processes in accordance with established protocols.
  • Assist in routine audits and performance metric analysis.
  • Participate in outreach activities such as community and job fairs.
  • Address candidate concerns and remove obstacles to hiring.
  • Support special projects as directed by leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding candidates' personal information.
  • Travel as necessary to conduct events within your assigned area.
  • Manage supplies and logistics for hiring and community events.
  • Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends, adapting to business needs.
Qualifications

Basic: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry and report management.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the labor market across various US regions. The pay for this role ranges from $15/hr to $31.01/hr, depending on geographic location and relevant experience.
