Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Program Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting, coordinating, and executing program objectives. This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including assisting in the preparation of reports, organizing and implementing project initiatives, gathering data, and nurturing relationships with program partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and execute project initiatives alongside program personnel, community stakeholders, and other essential partners.
  • Deliver training, technical support, and the execution of program strategies.
  • Assist in drafting various reports, such as progress updates, annual summaries, and internal documentation.
  • Support evaluation efforts, data collection, and the management of programming at designated sites.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance program collaboration and partnerships.
  • Oversee the development of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate and facilitate conference calls, meetings, and other program-related events.
  • Ensure compliance with formal agreements, contracts, invoices, and purchase requests in alignment with funding agency guidelines and organizational policies.
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive program documentation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including budget management, travel logistics, and inventory control for program resources.

Work Environment:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with three years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with five years of progressively responsible experience.
