Job Summary

Vantage Point Solutions is seeking a skilled PreDrawn Operator to join our team. As a CAD Support specialist, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed field drawings for network routes in both urban and rural environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret overview maps notated by field staff to designate construction routes and equipment.
  • Transfer information from overview maps to field drawings with high detail, including streets, intersections, fiber route locations, and existing facilities.
  • Utilize Google Earth and other online resources to ensure accurate and comprehensive field drawings.
  • Perform quality checks on field drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Meet assigned timelines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and results-driven individual with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Functional knowledge of MS Office and CAD software.
  • Preferred but not required: telecom experience, experience with Microsoft Visio and Google Earth, and experience with government websites.
