The Floor Care Specialist is responsible for maintaining and restoring various types of flooring surfaces. Key responsibilities include:
- Applying knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance techniques, including stripping, refinishing, and buffing.
- Operating industrial floor care machinery efficiently.
- Utilizing automated systems for large area cleaning.
- Performing carpet care procedures such as shampooing and spot cleaning.
- Executing maintenance and restorative tasks for all floor types.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned by management.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Prior experience in floor care or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of floor care equipment and techniques.
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
