The Floor Care Specialist is responsible for maintaining and restoring various types of flooring surfaces. Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance techniques, including stripping, refinishing, and buffing.
  • Operating industrial floor care machinery efficiently.
  • Utilizing automated systems for large area cleaning.
  • Performing carpet care procedures such as shampooing and spot cleaning.
  • Executing maintenance and restorative tasks for all floor types.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Prior experience in floor care or a related field is preferred.
