Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostician to join our team at MBI Health Services, LLC. As a Diagnostician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Documentation: Complete all necessary clinical documentation for authorization, including clinical events, diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and locus.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention and/or counseling to clients who present with emergent needs.
  • Quality Care: Follow MBI policies and procedures to ensure quality care and adhere to the District of Columbia's Mental Health Standards and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure that all crises have been followed up to improve clinical outcomes, including incident reports, debriefings, and follow-up services.
  • Training and Development: Attend all mandatory meetings and training, and participate in workforce development activities, including training and resources.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all services are provided in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws applicable to this agreement.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensure: Must be licensed in Washington DC as LPC, LICSW, or LMFT.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
