Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Valera Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of patients, utilizing your expertise in psychotherapy and counseling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as counseling and referrals as needed.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with Federal, State, and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
Requirements
  • Active LCSW and/or state equivalent license.
  • 1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment.
  • 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR.
  • Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and private, quiet space for sessions.

Preferred Qualifications
