We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical oversight of clients receiving behavioral services at Maxim Healthcare Services in Roanoke, VA.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies
- Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staff and Assistant Behavior Analysts
- Monitor treatment progress and effectiveness, updating treatment plans as needed
- Participate in office quality assurance initiatives
- Active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking skills and experience in supervisory and behavioral assessment
- Proficiency in the English language
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $85,000
- Annual bonus: $3,500
