About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical oversight of clients receiving behavioral services at Maxim Healthcare Services in Roanoke, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies
  • Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staff and Assistant Behavior Analysts
  • Monitor treatment progress and effectiveness, updating treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in office quality assurance initiatives
Requirements
  • Active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills and experience in supervisory and behavioral assessment
  • Proficiency in the English language
