Compensation:

$85,000 - $125,000 based on commission structure

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct and guide on contractual agreements
  • Educate on database management and marketing strategies
  • Provide training on command systems
  • Conduct coaching sessions
  • Ensure weekly accountability with mentees
  • Assist in contract negotiations
  • Engage in active sales
  • Facilitate mastery of sales communication
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Demonstrated experience in real estate sales
  • Completion of 10+ transactions available in the MLS
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Open to coaching and training
  • Strong communication skills
  • Potential for commission earnings
  • Participation in ongoing training and events
