Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled real estate recruiter to enhance our efforts in sourcing motivated agents who can thrive in our expanding real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract new talent to ensure the success of our sales team through various communication methods including calls, emails, and meetings.
- Regularly present updates on the effectiveness of recruiting strategies to the team.
- Implement processes to scale recruitment efforts while maintaining high-quality candidate standards.
- Follow up with leads and manage real estate sales activities.
- Conduct database campaigns and generate leads.
- Schedule and execute appointments with potential candidates.
- Master sales scripts to enhance recruitment conversations.

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A valid Real Estate license is required.
- Opportunities for commission-based earnings.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to actively engage in sales activities.

Compensation:
$60,000 - $130,000 based on commission plans.
