Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering inquiries, greeting visitors, and handling daily correspondence.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our computer system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including opening and dating incoming mail, checking and tabulating statistical data, and applying postage to outgoing mail.
  • Accounting Support: Assist with accounting tasks, including handling daily correspondence and reports.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Skills: Strong accounting and administrative skills, knowledge of modern office methods and equipment, and proper English usage and spelling.

  • Typing Speed: 45 words per minute.
