Business Development Representative

CareWorks Health Services is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing contracts, generating billable hours, building referral relationships, and ensuring successful client onboarding.
Key Performance Objectives- Secure contracts with government/state or county payers within 4 months
- Generate a minimum of 200 billable hours per month within the first six months from these contracts
- Build and nurture referral relationships that result in signing up 2-3 new clients per week and generating 30-50 billable hours per week, by month 4
