Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-impact learning and training programs to enhance employee competencies.
- Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure employees have the required skills to excel in their roles.
- Design, review, and revise course materials to align with our operating processes, procedures, and systems.
- Lead projects focused on continuous improvement to drive business results.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of similar work experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms to deliver and track training programs.
The starting base pay range is $100K-$120K plus benefits, incentives, and room for advancement.
