Learning and Development Manager Opportunity

TruPath Recruiting is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to oversee the training and growth of our employees. This is a direct-hire, long-term career opportunity with room for advancement into a director-level position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-impact learning and training programs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure employees have the required skills to excel in their roles.
  • Design, review, and revise course materials to align with our operating processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Lead projects focused on continuous improvement to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of similar work experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms to deliver and track training programs.
What We Offer

The starting base pay range is $100K-$120K plus benefits, incentives, and room for advancement.
