Position Overview

If you are passionate about delivering memorable experiences to clients while showcasing strong organizational and critical thinking abilities, this role may be for you. You will oversee the operations and flow of designated areas.

This position is part-time, with a schedule that varies based on client needs and business requirements.

  • Work closely with Meeting & Event Managers to execute events
  • Welcome guests and provide necessary assistance
  • Serve as a liaison between Meeting Managers, AV Support, and Vendors
  • Inspect meeting and event spaces, reporting any maintenance requirements
  • Address all event modification requests promptly
  • Possess knowledge of basic A/V and IT functions
  • Utilize internal systems for space management and allocation
  • Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with all operational departments
  • Ensure adequate office supplies and conduct monthly inventory checks
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Guest Services
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of general office experience
  • Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Video Conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Able to troubleshoot audiovisual issues
Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $25.00/Hr. to $25.00/Hr., depending on qualifications and experience.
