Job Opportunity

Luminary Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Technical Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to cross-functional teams.
  • Program Strategy: Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for complex medical device programs.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand program requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of medical device solutions, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Program Management: Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Delivery and Timeline: Ensure timely delivery of program milestones and deliverables, managing dependencies and prioritizing tasks.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and drive their adoption within the organization.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and partnerships, ensuring successful integration and delivery of external solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular program updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring program compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management or similar roles, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams in agile development environments.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of software and hardware development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
  • Medical Device Expertise: Experience with medical device solutions and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management frameworks and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Vendor Management: Experience with vendor management and external solution integration is preferred.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory considerations and compliance requirements in the medical device industry is a plus.
