Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Federal Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with federal agencies and key decision-makers to drive revenue and expand our market presence in the federal sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with federal agencies and key decision-makers to drive revenue and expand market presence in the federal sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to align solutions with federal security needs and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting federal government clients, leveraging both direct and partner-led sales channels.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, with a focus on driving above-quota performance and long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
  • BS technical degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of above-quota sales experience, preferably in the Federal space selling endpoint security solutions
  • Deep knowledge of current security solutions
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Enterprise sales experience with an actionable Rolodex of decision makers
  • Superb organizational and reporting skills
  • Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
