Job Summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Federal Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the federal market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with federal clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales and margin targets in the federal market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with federal clients, including government agencies and contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the federal market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide sales forecasting and reporting to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in federal sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
