Job Summary:

Crestview Management, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests, check them in and out of the hotel, and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about the hotel and its amenities.
  • Room Reservations and Changes: Assist with room reservations, changes, and cancellations.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and communicate effectively with guests and hotel staff.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software.
