Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage office duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including tracking railcars, vessels, and containers, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, bills of lading, and other documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our operations team.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing, and shipping operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and terminal management software.
  • Intermediate computer and math skills.
