Licensed Personal Training Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding members towards achieving their individual fitness and wellness objectives by delivering an exceptional training experience. Our team is dedicated to promoting a positive fitness culture and ensuring that every member feels valued and supported.
In collaboration with the Fitness Manager and General Manager, the Certified Personal Trainer will contribute to the brand identity, enhance member satisfaction, and help meet business objectives through the following responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales and service targets by conducting personal training sessions, small group training, or team training.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by completing new member programs and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Drive Personal Training revenue through self-promotion, consultations, and participation in departmental initiatives.
- Promote and sell personal training packages to meet monthly sales goals.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for fitness and nutrition information for members.
- Schedule and conduct personal training sessions while ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Maintain open communication with management and team members regarding facility and training operations.
- Attend all required meetings as scheduled.
- Uphold company standards by ensuring the facility is clean, safe, enjoyable, and welcoming for all members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A strong passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
- Valid Personal Training certification from an accredited program is required.
- A four-year degree in a related field may be accepted in lieu of certification.
- High School diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage interruptions and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Capable of working independently and managing tasks effectively.
- Demonstrates discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive company information.
- CPR/AED certification must be obtained within the first month of employment.
- Strong commitment to safety practices.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
