Daily Responsibilities.
In your role as a Human Resources Specialist within the HR division, you will provide vital support across various human resources functions, including payroll processing, benefits management, administrative assistance, and other designated tasks. Ideal Candidate Profile.
We are eager to connect with you if your professional background includes the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; or equivalent training and/or experience.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources administration within a corporate environment, particularly in areas such as Recruitment, Benefits, Total Rewards, and Onboarding.
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous, though not mandatory, include:
- Advanced education focusing on Human Resources Management.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
