Responsibilities may include working in various areas such as salad preparation, baking, or line cooking.
- CULINARY SPECIALIST JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Education and/or experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 1-2 years of professional culinary experience (in healthcare or other settings) and ServSafe certification are advantageous.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with food preparation and safety protocols in a commercial kitchen is preferred. Understanding of specialized dietary needs is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in sanitary food handling practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Demonstrated time management abilities are required upon hiring.
