Hourly Rate:

Highland Management Group, Inc. is in search of a dedicated full-time Caretaker to contribute to our community. While on-site living is not mandatory, those who opt for it will benefit from an enhanced rent discount.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.
  • Conduct daily property inspections to ensure it remains free of debris and litter.
  • Oversee the cleaning of garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
  • Replace burnt-out light bulbs and clean fixtures.
  • Understand the operation of water and gas meter shut-offs, as well as the locations of all apartment fixtures and sewer clean-outs.

Seasonal Duties:
Clear snow, rake leaves, remove weeds, and sweep pathways as necessary.

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare apartments for new residents.
  • Ensure vacant units are kept in pristine condition.
  • Inform management of required cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
