About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Osla Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calls, and online research.
  • Cultivate robust connections with potential clients ensuring a strong and seamless transition to the Client Success Team after the initial sale.
  • Effectively identify all key stakeholders and decision-makers within the organizational framework, comprehending their distinct purchasing perspectives with precision.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to fully understand the company's marketing goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs and goals.
  • Facilitate and deliver personalized presentations via consultative methods to prospective clients, ensuring a heightened probability of success.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide insights to enhance our services and offerings.
  • Play a crucial role in ensuring that our CRM is up-to-date, organized, and reflective of sales activities and prospect interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to data management.
  • Record relevant sales activities, such as calls, meetings, and follow-ups, accurately and promptly.
