Client Services Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Client Services Support Team at Novick Corporation.
About the Role
As a Client Services Support Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. Your primary focus will be on order submission and adjustments, as well as supporting clients with various issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Client communication via phone and email to ensure excellent customer service experience
- Order submission and adjustments via calls, emails, faxes, system uploads, and more
- Supporting clients with issues related to delivery, products, orders, system troubleshooting, and more
- Providing client support regarding products, pack size, suggestions, menu ideas, and special product requests
- Running and analyzing daily reporting for product shortages, orders, and order status confirmations
- Communicating delivery delays, route alerts, delivery day adjustments, and missing products to the Operations Team
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous office environment experience and exceptional computer skills
- Preference given to candidates with childcare and/or food distribution experience
