Vaco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including entering employment data, organizing meetings, and assisting with the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Entering employment data into the company database
  • Organizing meetings and taking minutes
  • Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
  • Setting up recruitment and training events
  • Answering employee inquiries
  • Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
  • Updating employee holiday and sickness records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with HR software.
