We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department at Promo Events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, maintaining the trust and confidence of employees and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
