Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM NPSP, Marketing Cloud, Conga, FormAssembly, Power Automate, and other platforms.
  • Handle data quality, migration, and basic administrative functions.
  • Monitor and manage service desk tickets, staying updated on new features and integrations.
  • Implement database system improvements and maintain system security and integrity.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and document generation through Conga.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Building custom objects, formula fields, custom views
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboard and reports
  • Experience creating and maintaining document generation (preferably using Conga)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certification
  • Nonprofit background
  • Finance background
Compensation:

$35/hr to $40/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
