We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our payroll administration, benefits management, and employee onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration: Manage bi-weekly payroll processing, including timecard verification, special calculations, and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, life events, support the 401k plan administration, and manage leave of absence processes.
  • New Hire Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, including background checks and IT requests.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee inquiries related to benefits, time off, etc.
  • HR Audits: Assist the Director of HR in audits related to benefits administration, payroll, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Training Coordination: Assist in coordinating compliance training and development programs for employees.
Requirements
  • HR Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in ADP and other HRIS systems; knowledge of payroll and benefits administration software is essential.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
