Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with the organization's vision.
  • Facilitate the development and execution of programs that optimize team member engagement and performance.
  • Monitor and address patterns related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) compliance.
  • Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Establish networks among team members to foster open communication and feedback.
  • Identify and mitigate factors contributing to team member dissatisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders to enhance their decision-making capabilities.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COE) to design effective onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop workforce strategies and ensure effective execution.
  • Manage employee grievances and work closely with labor relations to address potential contract violations.
  • Engage in talent evaluation and development activities.
  • Assess the effectiveness of HR programs against return on investment (ROI) metrics and adjust as necessary.
  • Implement innovative programs that prepare the workforce for future challenges while meeting current business needs.
  • Support talent enablement processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and providing actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.

Skills: Proficient in standard computer applications with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential. The ability to adapt communication styles for diverse audiences is required.

Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR strategy execution and the ability to implement initiatives at various organizational levels. Proficient analytical skills to enhance operational efficiencies while maintaining confidentiality.

Travel Requirements: This role may require local travel between locations.

Work Environment: This position is primarily based in a fast-paced operational setting.
