Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as the expert in the implementation of compensation strategies, overseeing merit and promotion cycles, incentive award processes, and maintaining foundational compensation elements. Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate global Common Merit Review (CMR) and Career Path Review (CPR) processes with precision and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the complete incentive and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) award process.
  • Perform job evaluations, submit surveys, and conduct market analyses to ensure competitive compensation, recommending starting salaries as necessary.
  • Assess salary ranges to ensure alignment with market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Develop merit and RSU budgets and provide annual recommendations for range adjustments.
  • Conduct training for managers on compensation matters and collaborate with leaders to ensure consistent decision-making in line with policies.
  • Identify and report on emerging trends and best practices in compensation for consideration.
  • Deliver effective solutions to complex technical challenges using sound problem-solving techniques and good judgment in managing schedules and risks.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field AND at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Compensation domain OR a Master's Degree in one of the aforementioned fields AND a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong academic background (cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher).
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with various business units.
  • Experience with annual merit review cycles, compensation surveys, and job matching to market data.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of incentive and RSU plans.
  • Experience in analyzing and enhancing existing compensation plans, as well as developing new compensation programs.
  • Ability to utilize business insights and HR metrics in decision-making processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of organizational business units and competitive market dynamics.
  • Reputation as an approachable and effective HR professional, serving both associates and the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership presence, political savvy, and the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Proficient knowledge of measurement concepts, data collection, and analysis.
  • Understanding of HR-related legislation, practices, processes, programs, and technology.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to mentor or train others.
  • Positive, detail-oriented, organized, team-focused, and a proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Outstanding academic performance (cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher).
  • Familiarity with Oracle HR Management systems and compensation management software.
