Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Implement effective plans and programs to optimize human resource utilization.
  • Promote safety and HR principles to enhance team member engagement.
  • Identify and address patterns that may lead to compliance issues.
  • Champion initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
  • Facilitate feedback mechanisms to improve team member satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to design a comprehensive onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Assist in workforce planning and manage employee relations effectively.
  • Evaluate talent and support development initiatives to build a skilled workforce.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR programs against established objectives.
  • Drive innovative programs that prepare the workforce for future challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong analytical capabilities. Excellent communication skills are essential for influencing a diverse range of team members.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Work Environment: This role operates within a fast-paced environment, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
