As a Front Desk Coordinator at Sonida Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests. Your duties will include:

Receiving Visitors and Vendors

Ensure that all visitors and vendors are greeted in a friendly and polite manner, and that they are properly signed in and out of the building.

Answering Phones and Taking Messages

Answer all incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate department, and take messages for department heads as needed.

Providing Support to Residents and Staff

Assist residents and staff with requests and questions, and provide general administrative support as needed.

Ensuring Resident Safety

Respond to resident emergency calls and notify the nurse or manager on duty as requested.
