Patient Services Associate

Key Responsibilities:- Arrival and Departure Activities: Assist patients with arrival and departure procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, address concerns, and provide clear communication regarding appointment schedules, billing, and other important information.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, utilizing knowledge of schedules and protocols to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Point of Service Activities: Perform various point of service activities, including obtaining insurance cards, copays, and signatures, as well as updating patient information in our electronic health record system.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of medical office experience or 2+ years of customer service experience required.
