Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned customers and handle last mile activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and influence customer interactions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data and communicate with the sales team.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through in-person visits and regular communication.
  • Escalate issues as needed and provide solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of prior outside foodservice account management or B2B sales experience required.
  • 5+ years of prior foodservice account management, B2B sales experience within the restaurant or GPO background preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Sysco products, ordering procedures, and credit terms.
  • Proficient with customer service management and able to partner cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end initiatives through challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to provide top-notch customer service to multiple customers simultaneously.
