Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Firm Administrator to join our client in the Tampa area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates.

  • Maintain and organize client files and legal documents.

  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.

  • Accounts Payable:

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions.

  • Verify and reconcile invoices and expense reports.

  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Prepare and process checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments.

  • Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

  • Monitor and manage budgets and expenditures.

  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
