We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Financial Operations Administrative Coordinator to assist with the financial functions of our division. This role encompasses a variety of tasks related to procurement, accounts payable, travel and expense oversight, as well as financial documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support divisional procurement and accounts payable activities.
- Oversee travel and expense documentation, ensuring precision and adherence to policies.
- Process journal entries within financial systems.
- Timely recording and management of cash receipts.
- Reconcile financial transactions and address any discrepancies.
- Act as a backup for payroll processing within the department, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
Qualifications:
- Experience in financial administration or a similar field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with financial management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
