Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at ORTC, LLC. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to counselors and professionals in training, as well as providing guidance and assistance to the counseling team as needed.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for assisting patients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals. The Clinical Supervisor will also be responsible for helping patients prepare and adjust to a drug-free existence, and to offer assistance (emotional and physical) in problematic issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to counselors and professionals in training
  • Provide guidance and assistance to the counseling team as needed
  • Assist patients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals
  • Help patients prepare and adjust to a drug-free existence
  • Offer assistance (emotional and physical) in problematic issues
Requirements:
  • Five years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use disorders counseling
  • A Bachelor's Degree and four years of paid full-time experience in the social services field, with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience
  • A Master's Degree and three years of paid full-time experience in the social services field with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience
  • Has not committed, permitted, aided, or abetted the commission of an illegal act or unprofessional conduct as defined under ORS 443.004/0AR 407-007-0277
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet the requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
