Job Title: Behavioral Health Tech Supervisor

At Pinelands Recovery Center of Medford, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Tech Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our Behavioral Health Technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure excellent patient care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Behavioral Health Technicians.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working in a behavioral health facility, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
  • Valid and unrestricted State Driver's License (if applicable).
  • Minimum of 1 year sobriety (if in recovery).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to document in an electronic system.
  • First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire and annual recertification.
  • De-escalation/restraint technique certification within 90 days of hire and annual recertification.
  • Medication training within 30 days of hire (if applicable).
