Clinical Pharmacy Program Supervisor

The Clinical Pharmacy Program Supervisor is a key member of the pharmacy team, responsible for the management of clinical and distributive personnel and their related operations. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to develop and monitor clinical and distributive procedures and job descriptions.
Key Responsibilities- Directly responsible for the management of Pharmacists, including hiring, evaluating, and providing coaching and mentoring to ensure exceptional customer service to all hospital departments and external customers.
- Responsible for training of Pharmacists, including orientation of new employees and ongoing staff development to ensure safe patient care.
- Manages own professional practice, including problem-solving and critical thinking.
- 3 years progressively more responsible experience as a practicing inpatient pharmacist.
- Doctorate degree in Pharmacy, or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy in lieu of Doctorate for those eligible to be RPh with bachelors by Oregon Board of Pharmacy.
- Registered Pharmacist by Oregon Board of Pharmacy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of start.
