As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to counselors and professionals in training, as well as assisting patients in identifying and achieving their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substance use disorders counseling and a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that our treatment program is in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to counselors and professionals in training
  • Assist patients in identifying and achieving their goals
  • Ensure that patients receive high-quality care
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Requirements
  • Five years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use disorders counseling
  • A Bachelor's Degree and four years of paid full-time experience in the social services field, with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience
  • A Master's Degree and three years of paid full-time experience in the social services field with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience
  • Has not committed, permitted, aided, or abetted the commission of an illegal act or unprofessional conduct as defined under ORS /0AR
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet the requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
