Bus Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bus Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Central States Bus Sales. As a key member of our Bus Sales Department, you will be responsible for coordinating bus deliveries, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate bus deliveries with customers, providing necessary instructions and requirements.
- Schedule and confirm delivery with drivers at our Illinois location.
- Maintain accurate time and attendance records for drivers and other operating records.
- Provide clear directions to delivery locations and special instructions as needed.
- Check in buses, documenting conditions and logging them into NetSuite as required.
- Assist with organizing customer files and records, submitting warranty information, and maintaining customer databases.
- Prepare delivery paperwork, including MSO's, titles, and delivery receipts.
- Represent our company to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Minimum two years of general office/administrative experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Ability to learn and apply public safety/DOT regulations and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prioritizing and organizational skills.
- Basic typing, computer, and general office skills.
- Scheduling and time management skills.
