Description

We are currently seeking a Part Time Bus Delivery Coordinator for our Oswego, IL location. This position provides administrative support to the Bus Sales Department and coordinates all bus deliveries at the Illinois office.

No nights or weekends

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate delivery with customers. Provide necessary instructions and requirements for delivery.
  • Schedule and confirm delivery with the drivers at the Ilinois location.
  • Maintain time and attendance, and other operating records for drivers.
  • Provide directions to delivery location and any special instructions for delivery.
  • Check in buses to include new, trades, and lease returns. Document conditions and log buses into NetSuite as required.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining customer files and records, submit warranty information, maintain customer database, set up sales orders and fulfill.
  • Assist with preparing delivery paperwork, i.e., MSO's/titles/application for title and delivery receipt and warranty and rebate forms as required.
  • Represent company to customers in a professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum two years general office/administrative experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately
  • Ability to learn and apply public safety/DOT regulations and procedures
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritizing and organizational skills
  • Basic typing, computer and general office skills
  • Scheduling and time management skills
  • Work independently
