Goldendoodle Breeder Assistant

Lakeshore Doodles is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kennel Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our kennel, including managing inventory, scheduling appointments, and supporting marketing activities.

• Manage and improve our Guardian Dog Program
• Process payroll and manage financial transactions
• Take high-quality photos and videos for social media
• Manage and maintain our online presence, including Facebook and Instagram accounts
• Coordinate the delivery and pickup of dogs and puppies
• Assist with the daily care of on-site dogs, including cleaning, feeding, and medical care
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Generate contracts and purchase invoices
• Support the CEO and on-site staff with general projects and tasks
• Manage daily cleaning and feeding checklists
• Ensure compliance with state regulations
• Pick up mail from the PO box and make bank deposits

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in basic computer software and able to quickly learn new programs
• History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
• Veterinary experience or background as a Vet Tech a plus
