We are seeking a highly driven and competitive Field Sales Executive to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is responsible for driving conversion of $1M new revenue from new customers while building programs to orchestrate sales growth in our public sector (SLED) and commercial market.
**Job Description:
- BUILD TERRITORY PENETRATION STRATEGY
- ANALYZE INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE AND SHIFT STRATEGY TO MEET AND EXCEED REVENUE GOALS
- QUALIFY PROSPECTS FROM INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL LEADS BASED ON CUSTOMER SIZE, SPEND AND POTENTIAL
- RUTE OPPORTUNITIES TO FELLOW SALES TEAM MEMBERS BASED ON SALES QUALIFIERS
- CUSTOMIZE PRICING SOLUTIONS FOR HIGH GROWTH COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS
- LEVERAGE EDUCATION CONTRACTS TO ACQUIRE NEW EDUCATION CUSTOMERS OR DRIVE GROWTH FOR EXISTING
**Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of field sales experience
- Strong performance in an environment that requires adaptability to change
- Ability to work closely with sales leadership and peers to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies
- Grow share of wallet by consolidating business from other vendors, creating customized pricing programs, and developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and their affiliated sites
**Benefits:
- $90,000 - $110,000 estimated annual salary based on location and experience
