About the Role:
- Greet and Check-In Guests: Register and assign rooms to guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Reservations Management: Confirm phone and online reservations to ensure seamless guest accommodations.
- Guest Support: Respond promptly to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Collect payment from departing guests, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guests, facilitating efficient room assignments and guest communication.
- Team Collaboration: Share relevant guest information with designated departments, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or related fields is preferred.
- Able to build rapport with guests and establish trust.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
