Design a Better Future

At Touchmark, we're dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. As an Interior Designer, you'll play a crucial role in creating warm, inviting spaces that foster a sense of community and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop interior finish plans, furniture layouts, and construction details using CAD and Revit software
  • Specify FF&E, including fabrics, window treatments, and fixtures, to ensure a cohesive design aesthetic
  • Travel to our communities to shop, decorate, and set up model homes, maintaining common-area furnishings and décor
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to review new projects and ensure Touchmark design standards are met
  • Work closely with operations and stakeholders to coordinate design reviews and installations
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in residential, senior housing, or hospitality design
  • 4-year college degree in interior design (BIArch, BFA Interior Design)
  • Ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple initiatives, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proven track record of executing projects with a collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to understand and interface with Touchmark's accounting, facility management, and project tracking software
  • Willingness to travel to communities for multiple days, with occasional air travel
